Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund for our career programs and consultations in the following situations:
- Description Mismatch: If the content of the provided program or materials significantly differs from the plan stated on echo-edgez.org.
- Technical Malfunctions: In the event of critical issues on our platform that make learning or receiving a consultation impossible.
- Cooling-off Period: If you cancel the service within 14 calendar days of payment, provided that the materials have not yet been accessed or downloaded.
Request Procedure
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

- Use the subject line: "Refund Request".
- Provide your name, purchase email, and the exact name of the program.
- Describe the reason for the refund with reference to the policy terms.
Processing Time and Method
Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days. Funds will be returned using the same payment method used for the original purchase (to the same bank card or account). The actual processing time depends on the regulations of your bank in the UK or EU.
Exceptions and Limitations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The request is submitted after 14 days from the date of payment.
- You have already viewed or downloaded more than 50% of the provided materials.
- Issues arose on the user's side (unstable internet, incompatible software).
- The terms of the User Agreement have been violated.

Echo-Edgez reserves the right to update this Policy. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
